A look at some of the herbs and others who guard, defend, protect, and reveal. These plant spirits demand respect and cautious relationship, but when approached with understanding and intention, they can be powerful and transformative allies and guardian spirits.

This one-hour lecture will cover some of the history, lore, physiology, phytochemistry, and correspondences of plant allies such as elder, rue, basil and nightshades, and their place in the hedge.
