Perfect for the upcoming cold and flu season, we will explore this time-proven remedy and folk medicine used by many to help maintain optimal health. Format will be discussion plus hands-on medicine making. Bring a mug for herbal tea, something to write with, and anything you need to be comfortable. This will be a fun gathering and an excellent opportunity to meet new people and make lasting connections.
